Yanar, Ukrayna- Rusya sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda demiryolu ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve alt komponentlerde Avrupa\u2019dan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00e7ok ciddi talep oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Yanar,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAvrupa standartlar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in Avrupa\u2019daki \u00fcretim bo\u015flu\u011funu \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde doldurabiliriz. Ancak bu talebi kar\u015f\u0131larken kalite problemi konusunda bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015famamal\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin demiryolu ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve komponentleri imaj\u0131na kesinlikle zarar vermeyecek bir y\u00f6ntem ile \u00fcretim yapmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclke olarak hep beraber demiryolu ara\u00e7lar ve komponentleri konusunda bir strateji geli\u015ftirmemiz, te\u015fvikler sa\u011flamam\u0131z, ihracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 desteklememiz ve bir yol haritam\u0131z\u0131 belirlememiz laz\u0131m\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>300 bin vagon yenilenecek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da \u015fu anda 500 bin y\u00fck vagonu bulundu\u011funu ve bunlar\u0131n en az 300 bininin yenilece\u011fi bilgisini veren Yanar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu ihtiyac\u0131n y\u00fczde 25\u2019ini kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Yanar, \u201cBu vagonlar\u0131n yenilenmesi ihracat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok ciddi bir potansiyel anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclke olarak sahip oldu\u011fumuz y\u00fcksek yetkinlikteki&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekonomim.com\/sektorler\/otomotiv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">otomotiv<\/a>, makine \u00fcretim ve metal i\u015fleme altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 demiryolu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne adapte ederek bunu ba\u015farabiliriz. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde sa\u011flayabilecek imk\u00e2nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d dedi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k bilgi birikimi, modern altyap\u0131s\u0131, yeti\u015fmi\u015f insang\u00fcc\u00fc ve zengin yan sanayisi ile Eski\u015fehir\u2019in demiryolu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde en avantajl\u0131 \u015fehirlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geldi\u011fini kaydeden Yanar, Bunun temelinin ge\u00e7mi\u015fi uzun y\u0131llar \u00f6ncesine dayanan T\u00dcLOMSA\u015e (bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00dcRASA\u015e Eski\u015fehir B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc) ile at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yanar, \u201cT\u00dcLOMSA\u015e d\u00fcnyan\u0131n say\u0131l\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan biri. D\u00fcnyada bu tesise e\u015fde\u011fer lokomotif ve vagon \u00fcreten tesis say\u0131s\u0131 en fazla 5 tanedir. M\u00fcthi\u015f bir kapasitesi olan, ciddi tezg\u00e2hlar\u0131 olan \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m. T\u00dcLOMSA\u015e\u2019\u0131n b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00fczeyinde T\u00dcRASA\u015e\u2019a (T\u00fcrkiye Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Ara\u00e7lar\u0131 Sanayi A.\u015e) ba\u011flanmas\u0131yla tesisin verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015fti ancak hen\u00fcz kurulu\u015f tamamlanamad\u0131. Umutla T\u00dcRASA\u015e\u2019\u0131n organizasyonu tamamlamas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Uraysim\u2019in ba\u015fka kentte yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok ciddi maliyet olu\u015fturur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli projelerinden biri olan Uraysim (Uluslararas\u0131 Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Test ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi) hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Ramazan Yanar, bu projenin ba\u015fka bir kentte yap\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda \u00e7ok ciddi bedel \u00f6denece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eski\u015fehir\u2019de Uraysim tesislerine ait kamula\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019ninin tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Yanar, \u201cBir m\u00fckemmeliyet merkezi olan Uraysim, demiryolu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n test edilerek, sertifikaland\u0131r\u0131larak ihra\u00e7 edilmesini sa\u011flayacak bir&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekonomim.com\/sozluk\/ar-ge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ar-Ge<\/a>&nbsp;ve test merkezinden olu\u015fuyor. Kamp\u00fcs in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 700 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck alan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 80 km \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki test yolunda \u00fcretilen ara\u00e7lara yol testleri, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k testi ve g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc testi gibi testleri yap\u0131lacakt\u0131. \u00d6nemli mesafe kat edilen bu proje maalesef tamamlanamad\u0131\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cTamamlan\u0131rsa d\u00fcnyaya teknoloji ihra\u00e7 ederiz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eski\u015fehir\u2019in sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin, se\u00e7ilmi\u015f ve atanm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n birlikte hareket edip, kol kola girip bu projeyi yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Yanar, \u201cAnadolu \u00dcniversitesi burada kamp\u00fcs in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 bitirdi. \u015eehirdeki 3 \u00fcniversitenin 40 akademisyen hocas\u0131 bu projede yer almak \u00fczere Avrupa\u2019da doktora yapt\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm demiryolu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7 birli\u011fi yaparak bu projenin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131y\u0131z. B\u00f6ylece test ve sertifikasyonu uluslararas\u0131 standartlarda akredite edilmi\u015f, insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 3 \u00fcniversiteden beslendi\u011fi, etraf\u0131nda k\u00fcmelenmi\u015f \u00fcretim \u00fcstleri ile d\u00fcnyaya teknoloji ve ara\u00e7 ihra\u00e7 eden bir b\u00f6lge haline geliriz. Sedat Tel\u00e7eken ile y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>25.10.2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rayl\u0131 sistemlerin ba\u015fkenti Eski\u015fehir, h\u0131zl\u0131 tren yapmak i\u00e7in kollar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131vad\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eski\u015fehir Sanayi Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (ESO) ev sahipli\u011finde AB\u0130GEM ve SANGEM\u2019in katk\u0131lar\u0131yla Rayl\u0131 Sistemler K\u00fcmelenme \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131, ESO Meclis Salonu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftaya ESO Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sava\u015f M. \u00d6zaydemir, T\u00dcLOMSA\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hayri Avc\u0131 ile Rayl\u0131 Sistemler K\u00fcmesini olu\u015fturan Eski\u015fehirli sanayiciler ve akademisyenler kat\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Ba\u015fkan \u00d6zaydemir, Eski\u015fehir\u2019in y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir demiryolu alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, insan kayna\u011f\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131 ve bu g\u00fcn bir k\u00fcmeye sahip olmas\u0131yla \u201cRayl\u0131 Sistemler Ba\u015fkenti\u201d unvan\u0131n\u0131 en fazla hak eden \u015fehir oldu\u011funu bildirdi.<br \/>D\u00fcnyada Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Pazar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 Milyar Avro oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klayan \u00d6zaydemir,\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu pazardan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Eski\u015fehir\u2019in k\u00fcme sayesinde \u015fans\u0131n\u0131n fazla oldu\u011funu, rekabet i\u00e7inde i\u015fbirli\u011finin artmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<br \/>T\u00dcLOMSA\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ve Rayl\u0131 Sistemler K\u00fcmesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hayri Avc\u0131 ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede bu g\u00fcn Eski\u015fehir\u2019de rayl\u0131 sistemler \u00fcreticileri olarak esas ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 tren \u00fcretmek oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Avc\u0131, \u201c Rayl\u0131 Sistem Ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi konusunda teknolojiye sahip olan ve geli\u015ftirebilen \u00fclkelerin, d\u00fcnya da geli\u015fmi\u015flik s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda da \u00fcstlerde oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Bizler \u00f6nce yerli lokomotif, yerli dizayn vagon ve motor \u00fcretebilecek kapasiteye sahibiz. Bunlarla birlikte hedefimiz h\u0131zl\u0131 tren \u00fcretmek olmal\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcmemiz ve \u015fehrimiz bunu kendine hedef olarak almaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<br \/>Yap\u0131lan konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan k\u00fcme \u00fcyeleri gruplar halinde toplanarak veya bireysel katk\u0131 yaparak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapt\u0131lar. Gruplar halinde organize olan k\u00fcme kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda; k\u00fcmenin ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerini analiz ettiler, k\u00fcmeden beklentilerini belirlediler, k\u00fcmenin organizasyon analizini olu\u015fturdular, k\u00fcmenin mevcut durumu ve geli\u015ftirilmesi gereken y\u00f6nlerini analiz ettiler ve k\u00fcme faaliyet \u2013 eylem plan\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6neriler geli\u015ftirdiler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>21.06.2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rayl\u0131 sistemler k\u00fcmelenmesi derne\u011fi kuruldu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Eski\u015fehir rayl\u0131 sistemlerin merkezi oluyor\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eski\u015fehir\u2019de rayl\u0131 sistemler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren kurum ve kurulu\u015flar, Eski\u015fehir Sanayi Odas\u0131 (ESO) ve T\u00fcrkiye Lokomotif ve Motor Sanayi A\u015e\u2019nin (T\u00dcLOMSA\u015e) \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir araya gelerek Rayl\u0131 Sistemler K\u00fcmelenmesi Derne\u011fi\u2019ni kurdu. 19 kurucu \u00fcyeden olu\u015fan dernekte rayl\u0131 sistemler ile ilgili olan \u015firketler tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda birle\u015ftirildi. Eski\u015fehir Rayl\u0131 Sistemler K\u00fcmelenmesi Derne\u011finin kurucu y\u00f6netim kurulunda ise T\u00dcLOMSA\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hayri Avc\u0131, Ramazan Yanar, Kenan I\u015f\u0131k, \u00d6zg\u00fcr S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, Muhittin Ak, Prof. Dr. Do\u011fan G\u00f6khan Ece, Prof. Dr. Hasan H\u00fcseyin Erkaya, Ali \u0130hsan Karamanl\u0131 ve Zafer T\u00fcrker yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derne\u011fin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in Eski\u015fehir Sanayi Odas\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Eski\u015fehir Sanayi Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sava\u015f M. \u00d6zaydemir, h\u0131zl\u0131 trenin ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve rayl\u0131 sistemlerin \u00fclke genelinde yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131yla demiryollar\u0131yla ilgili yeni vizyon tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seramik ve havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6rlerinde k\u00fcmelenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan Eski\u015fehir\u2019in rayl\u0131 sistemler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de k\u00fcmelenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00d6zaydemir, \u201cRayl\u0131 Sistemler K\u00fcmelenmesi Derne\u011fi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda k\u00fcme kuruldu. Rayl\u0131 sistemler \u00fcretimi geli\u015firse T\u00fcrkiye sanayisi \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 yerlerde olacak. Rayl\u0131 sistem ara\u00e7 \u00fcreten ya da geli\u015ftirebilen \u00fclkeler geli\u015fmi\u015flik s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda \u00fcstlerde yer al\u0131yor.
